This policy applies to apps and websites published by Enchanted Light Festival LLC ("we", "us").

Information we collect

We collect as little as possible. Most of our apps work entirely on your device and do not send your content to us. If an app needs any data to function, we explain it in the app and collect only what is required.

If you contact us, we receive the information you choose to send (such as your email address and message) and use it only to respond.

How we use information

Only to provide, maintain and improve our apps and to answer support requests.

We do not sell your data

We do not sell, rent or trade personal information. We do not show third-party ads.

Third-party services

App stores (such as Google Play and the Apple App Store) may collect information under their own privacy policies, for example for purchases and crash reports.

Children

Our apps are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Data retention and deletion

Support emails are kept only as long as needed. You may request deletion of any information you sent us by emailing us.

Changes

We may update this policy and will post the new date here.
